Happy friday

can any one suggest good dinner option i eat only chicken
so any suggestions i have abt 350 cal for my dinner

  • Chicken breast, cauliflower, broccoli and carrots, all covered in a cheese sauce made with skimmed milk. You should find this is less than 350 cals, and can therefore treat yourself to a glass of wine with it. Yummy!

    go to the message board and search "chicken meatloaf" -- i saw a recipe and thought it looked delicious!!! I'm making turkey meatloaf tonight! :happy:
  • you dont even need meat. make a light soup from leftover veggies in the fridge and some broth (if you dont have broth, its easy to make your own vegetable broth, just water and your favorite spices, let them simmer until its super fragrant, no need to strain, just throw in the veggies after this!) you can always make it stew by adding a bit of rice or lentils....or you can make it a "cream" soup by after its done cooking, blending it in the blender or food processor! if you use the right veggies this soup can even be under 100 calories (or right around 100) per cup! very filling and VERY light! :)
