Beginner Strength Training Exercises?

Hi all,

I know that strength training is great for weight loss and I really want to get started, but I have no idea how or what to do! Can someone help me out please? I have two 5lb dumbells at home and would love to know some great exercises I can start doing :) I will google some up, but would love to hear from the community on here too since everyone is so helpful!

    I'm sure you'll get some great suggestions, from people who know way more than me. I've been using fitnessblender.com and have really liked their videos. They have all kinds of videos of varying difficulties and lengths, and they're nice and simple.
