Hello everyone!! So this past month I have been exercising five days a week for ninety minutes and most days I stayed within my calorie limit. But after a month of working hard and feeling toned, I weighed myself and didn't lose any weight. In fact I think I gained two pounds. I have been doing some strength training know muscle weighs more than fat but I still felt discouraged.I am going on 200 pounds and need to lose some. Did this happen to anyone else? And if it did did yoiu eventually start losing weight? And I need advice on should I do weight lifting now or wait until I start losing weight. Thank you.
And feel free to add me!!!
