My DVD came yesterday!!! Thank you so much for recommending it. The Vitalize first section is actually perfect for many of my older, less in shape clients. The Energize section has great core strengthening ex - I will use for myself. The Maximize last section is the perfect for general toning with light weights!!! I love that real people are in the video (you looked great Sheri)!!!! Very well made with tips on techniques and modifications, rest breaks, encouragement to take pulse and drink water. It's a nice workout. I highly recommend the DVD.
