Hi Everyone! I started IIFYM almost 2 weeks ago. I have tried Keto & Low fat diet before, but both did not fit my lifestyle. I decided to try IIFYM because of the flexibility of eating healthy and not so healthy foods as long as it fit my macros.
My macros are 175p/150c/78f eating 2010 calories a day. My goal is to lose body fat. I believe i am a little under 25% as of today, I want to hit below 15% BF by Summer of this Year 2014.
I started lifting weights back in July 2013 and I have lost almost 30lbs so far. I am currently doing a 3 days split plus 1 full body in a week. I am looking for some people who can add some motivation into my journey. Anyone is welcome to add me!
