I have done level 1 about 4 times now and it's a good workout I usually add the standing abs from fitnessblender as I can't do the abs parts in Jillians video properly.

I fell off the wagon a bit which motivates me to start again, I have bought protein foods and am trying to reduce processed foods.

What else can I do I'm combining a healthier diet, more water and 30 Day Shred to lose pounds or inches. I'm also at my last 5lbs
