Week 2 Weigh In

Hi Everyone. Its been a bit tougher this week, still being very good with my calorie counting and hitting the gym hard, feeling a bit tired and getting the rumbling tummy sometimes ha ha . So drinking plenty of water and it helps fill a gap. Just got off the scales and pleased with a 2kg loss taking total to 5kg, cool 5 down 16 to go. Keep going everyone we will do it our goal is getting closer . Remember no pain no gain. :happy:

    Keep motivated! It does get easier. I've learned to just plan snacks and eat 200-300 calories every 2-3 hours. I remember feeling hungry a lot the first couple weeks. Now I've learned to just eat, just not a lot at once.
