Not sure how to calculate this workout????

I did a level 3 Fitness Blender cardio workout. Lots of jumping jacks and such. I could barely keep up and I'm POURING sweat and panting like a dog. Normally if I do a 30 minute cardio workout such as a Leslie Sansone DVD or a fast walk.. I consider it low impact cardio. I am sweaty but not pouring. This workout is considered "low impact" but I am drenched and dying. Should I log as a high impact workout?

No I don't have an HRM or fitbit.. just trying best guess here.
