i understand there is no such thing as spot reducing, but some serious desk time has made this situation WORSE

best bet to shave down some size?

is running really all that for reducing down there?

    A calorie deficit is what works.

    Running is an efficient way to burn calories, for those who are able to do it.

    Full-body strength training works too, and it keeps your metabolism up more than running.
