I am looking into any exercises which I can do in the home for my back which will help reduce pain and discomfort.
Tired of going to the doctors all the time and taking medication. Tired of swimming but I've recently started walking and doing some light jogging. Also have been watching my food intake and doing push up challenges. Any suggestions or support would be greatly appreciated.:bigsmile:
