4 weeks ago I weighed 154. I do not overeat but diet is high in carbs. But I was wondering is that I have constantly been weighing 158 but have not gone over maintenance? Sodium is 1500 to 2000 every nowand than higher, carbs like 360g, but I do not know why I'm stuck at 158, clothes are the same, but scale is still saying I have gained? Is it just my glycogen being at a good level and when I was 154 my glycogen may have been down? I am just confused.

more then likely you have not estimated your calorie level correctly and are eating at maintenance now.
how many calories per day do you eat?
do you own a food scale?
do you weigh/measure/log everything?0 -
2576. I weigh food. Diet is high in carbs though0

Increasing your carbs can certainly cause you to gain water weight, especially if the gain happened quickly (like within 1-2 days of the diet change), especially if you were low carb before.
If everything still fits the same I wouldn't sweat it.0
