Staying food focused

Hello everyone!

Just wondering what tips and tricks you all have to share on keeping focused and on path with clean/healthy eating? My fitness is never a problem, I'm very motivated with that but the food part is where I struggle to keep focused. I'll lose a little weight and then think it "won't hurt" to treat myself and before I know it I'm treating myself more and more! How do you all stay focused?

    I work those treats into my calorie goal.

    But to be honest, I haven't cut anything from my diet. I still eat all the same foods, just smaller portions of it. As long as I can fit it into my daily calorie goal, I eat it.
