Confession - I rarely eat my exercise calories back. And I'm doing 1200 cals a day. I've lost 18 lbs. so far. Sometimes it's very hard for me to eat them back as I'm just not hungry. Is this really gonna hinder my progress? Thus far it hasn't.. but I realize that could change quickly.

It looks like you are significantly over-estimating your exercise burns anyway, so I wouldn't worry about it.0

Which exercises am I significantly over estimating?0

I only looked at last 2-3 days - pretty much all of them.
But since you aren't eating them back anyway, it's really not that big a deal.0 -
Not sure how you can determine I'm overestimating. Were you there when I worked out and measured the intensity?0
