Confusion with the Exercise Database

Hey guys!

I'm super new this and frustrated!

This is my fifth day here, and I'm slightly confused with some of these features: as the subject reads; especially the exercise database.

I use workout videos (T25 to be exact) and I cant seem to find the right exercise to log! IE: If I did the cardio workout; there doesn't seem to be anything that fits that criteria. Or if I do the abdominal interval, I have the "abdominal" selection but when I put the amount of time I exercised for, it says my calorie lost is 0...

    Make a custom exercise to fit it. That's what I do. Put it in cardio.

    Thanks! That's what I'm doing right now - but I'm not exactly sure on how many calories I'm burning. I've been using other sites that give a rough estimation on how many calories are burned but I'm not sure if that's enough

    Consider getting a heart rate monitor. I use a Polar FT80 HRM which has a built in trainer which tells me how much time to spend in each HR category.
