Hey guys!
Hopefully I'm not annoying anyone - but I have a quick question regarding the MFP calorie goal...
I'm not exactly sure how this works. I am recommended to have 1200/day.
Ex: If I eat 1400 worth of cals, and exercise 200 cals off, I should be good?
Or does that mean I can only eat 1200 cals a day..
Sorry, I know this is a very simple question but trust me, when I say I'm new.. I mean I'm NEW :laugh:

Eat your 1200.
The general consensus here is to eat back half of your exercise calories. That allows for any bit "off" measuring may be.
