That Mental Block

This is the second real time in my life that I've successfully lost a significant amount of weight. And once again I get around this certain weight (200/210) and get stuck. It's been a few months now within those 10 lbs. I know what I should be doing because I've done it but I let myself fail. I describe it as self sabotage! My goal is now only about 20 lbs away...and I'm so close to onelander...but it seems impossible. Any words of advice on how to get past this self sabotage would be appreciated. Thanks.

looks like you are a runner based on your picture so forget about the scale for a little bit and make a new running goal. Shoot for a new distance or a better time. Maybe changing your focus will be just want you need :)

I am bad about doing the same thing in my life. I try to break it down into very small, quickly achieved pieces. I try not to think too much about my goal, just doing one little bit that I know needs doing. After I discover that it didn't kill me I do another, etc. For some reason, the bigger importance I put on something, the more I seem to fear it.
