Batwing jiggly arms

 I am starting, yet again. I have the healthy eating and the cardio down pat (when I follow it) , as I have been doing this yo-yo bit with the 5 to 10 pounds for a couple of years since I became disabled. I have never been one to lift weights, etc., but as I am getting older (I am a 57 y/o woman), I have what I have seen described as "bat wings" or jiggly, marshmallow, flabby underarms. I have an existing back problem with my middle and lower back having degenerative disc disease, so am leary of any heavy exercises, but am open to some suggestions to help me get rid of this ugly looking mass hanging down from my arms. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried yoga? It's a great workout and helps with flexibility.0

I don't know how it'll work for your arms, but I've heard Tai Chi can really help your back and core strength. If you can find a water Tai Chi class then even better!0

It's a big expensive, but I've thought about these. (I already have one for my stomach and one for my hips/upper thighs and they work great).

I think that is something that just comes with genetics and age.0
