Hello!
I've been having these little shots mixed in with diced chicken and pasta and I love them.

But is the nutrition information correct?
As it says that there is around 300+ calories and over 20g of fat in the shot alone....

Does anyone know if this is right or if this is the nutrition value for the actual recipes on the pots?

    According to their website, if you follow their recipe (which includes the other ingredients), it is 239 calories per serving. This was for the Mexican Fajita. Hmmm.. but I suppose if you are adding one shot to one serving, then the calories could be that high as the first ingredient is oil.

    It looks like ONE shot (the whole container) has 639 calories and 57.5 g fat.

    I'm totally shocked at that. I thought with it being just a seasoning it wouldn't be so bad.

    Looks llike I'll have to cut back to one a week :(
