Hello everyone!
My name is Roxanne. I am new on here. This site was suggested to me by my trainer and a couple of friends. So, I am giving it a shot. I just hope that I can actually get on here on a daily basis to record my food intake, exercise, and water intake. I do have a goal that I want to reach, but I also know that it will take time. :-)
