just started the calorie counter -yikes!

Hi - my name is Iris , i been working out with free weights and other exercises for 10 weeks now and i been seeing a little improvement .My goal is to loose belly baby fat that just lays there. I started out doing real good was all excited now im just blahh , these last 2 weeks i really had to force myself to exercise i was lucky to get to workouts in for 30 minutes.. I am staying at a steady weight 140 lbs , id like to get 10 lbs more .. I came here to give this calorie counter a try and OMG - you really just dont know what the heck you are eating ,lmao ..i guess i have some major cut backs to do . my sodium is like wow ! that for sure i need to cut out ! Im just frustrated .. its good that its right in front of me so i can actually see it ! now stick to it ! any support would be great :) thank you and good luck to all !!

    It is a learning experience for sure. Consider the first week an experiment to see what work and what is not worth the calories ;)
