In addition to what others mentioned I also like it in soup!0

Throw it out. All arugula is not equal, some can be spicier than others. If you don't like the flavor, toss it.0

Don't give up on Arugula! :noway: It really is delicious mixed with other greens, it draws out the Spinach, Baby Greens, and whatever else you chose to mix it with.
I did try it alone, just ate a piece, I didn't care for it either on my first try, so you're not alone. Once I picked up a mixed bag of greens with it in it from Trader Joe's ..it was love at 2nd bite!
Lots of great ideas on this thread, so glad you started it.... looking forward to hearing how you like it mixed in with other items.
Just to check, you're sure it's Arugula right? You mentioned they look the same but actually they look quite different, the leaves are very different shaped. Just double checking is all.
Good luck:flowerforyou:
ETA: agreed! most definitely baby Arugula is much milder...think that's where I went wrong the first time... I purchased Rocket Arugula from TJ's. They had a sample tasting but if I recall now...it was mixed in with other greens.0 -
I love it when I get the arugula/spinach mix! I stopped buying it though because I live alone & the arugula part of the mix went bad too quickly. Now I just have baby spinach & am amazed at how long it lasts!0
