Are there calories in meds? I'd so, how many?
Does anyone log all their meds?

Yes there are, but it varies a great deal.

The most calorific will be cough syrups or oils.

As above. Most medication and tablets would have negligible calories, like maybe 3 or 4. Fish oil capsules could have up to 20 calories each, and cough syrups can vary wildly (although any coughing will likely expend enough energy to compensate!!).

This. There are thousands of meds, so there's really no one number that covers them all. Honestly, I don't count my meds. They are pills and I can't imagine there are more than a few calories in there - nothing that will make or break progress.
