Reintroducing Myself--American in Europe

Hey everyone,
I want to reintroduce myself, because I need some new inspiration. I'm currently a Ph.D. student living in the Netherlands for the semester and originally from New York. My goal is to get down to a size 0/2, and I'm currently at a solid 4. Even though the Netherlands is the country that was voted this year to be the healthiest, there are definitely still challenges. My diet has been largely bread-based, especially since my hardy Dutch boyfriend doesn't really care about health. I don't have a scale here, and my clothes don't feel tighter, so I don't think that I've gained weight, particularly since my lifestyle here is far more active than it is in New York (have to walk minimum 2.5 miles every day just to get to and from the office). The health/diet industry isn't such a big deal here, which is a mixed blessing. Part of the reason for that is that the lifestyle is naturally healthier, but it also means that what is available is insanely expensive. So while I was an avid yoga-practitioner in the US, I can't afford to join the studio here. I should probably buy a mat and do it online, but I derive a lot of benefit from the classroom setting. The point of this rant is that I'd love to get some inspiration from other people living in Europe, or other young people in general wanting to lose weight. Thanks everyone!
