Sculpt protein powder

I went in to the health food store to get some protein powder, the guy suggested Sculpt would be best for me. I thought Sculpt was a meal replacement shake so I asked the guy was there any difference between protein powder and meal replacements and he said no they are the same. I don't really believe him though lol But I got the sculpt for now and will use it like protein powder but it's good to have there for those times when I am hungry need something quick, on the go I can just make a shake with it.

Does anyone else use Sculpt?

Would it be ok to add a little bit of milo every now and then for a change of flavour. I got the vanilla one.

Protein powders and meal replacements are not the same. Many meal replacement shakes have a decent amount of protein, but that doesn't mean they're the same. I've never replaced a meal with protein shakes, they're just an addition to me. The only thing I might replace them with is a small snack when I'm a little hungry but need something quick (what you said basically), like if I've just finished the gym but can't get food right away.

I've never personally tried Sculpt so I'm no help there, sorry. I have tried Optimum Nutrition's Gold Standard Whey though, and I really liked that. Nice taste/range of flavours and good calories/macros.
