Voodoo floss?

Anyone have experience with voodoo floss? It was recommended to my by a trainer since I am having some knee issues after PT. I am not sure what I am expecting, but the reviews seems pretty solid. Mine get here today and I am pretty pumped about trying them out - wanted to see if anyone else uses them.
