Keep going! (Monday Motivation)

A little Monday Motivation for you-
I went to the doctor's at Xmas and weighed in at 226- the most I've ever weighed. I decided it was time to make a change, and joined MFP in early January.
I started making better choices, and I even have a 'free' food- pickles. I bought myself a set of freeweights, a set of ankleweights and a few running apps, and made a huge effort to fit exercise into my current schedule. My legs burned like hell and some mornings I had to crawl through the house, but I kept going; and though I went a little off-track in February (my birthday and Valentine's day) I always made sure to log it.
Yesterday I hopped on the scale- I'm currently 206! I'm not halfway to my goal yet, but every little bit gets me closer.
No matter how slow you have to start or finish, or how much it hurts, just remember- you're lapping everyone on the couch.
