I have never made a spinach and feta pizza, but it just sounds so dang good that I have to try it. Right now, I'm thinking.... spinach, feta, tomato, onion, and mozzarella. Would this be good without any sauce? If you've ever made one, will you please share with me what ingredients you use?

I made my pizza with some a small bottle of sun dried tomatoes. Then I diced up bell pepper, mushrooms, and scallops and cooked it all in a pan before putting it on the bread and baking it with the feta cheese. We are making pizza tonight though, bought some tofu for the event, and will try out a few things.

Thanks so much for the suggestions!
  • I agree with sudmom. I only put garlic and olive oil on my pizzas and after I tried it, I never went back to regular marinara.

I do NOT want to do marinara. I know that much. Lol. How much olive oil does it take to cover one?

I make spinach, ricotta and feta pie quite often. Tastes good with nutmeg, so maybe you could sprinkle a bit of nutmeg on top? X

You wouldn't need much olive oil - use one of those silcone brushes to swipe some on. You don't need much and it doesn't need to be fully covered in oil. I would say no more than a tsp - depending of course on how big your pizza is - I am imagining my pita pizza's. Yum! Enjoy!
