Calculating work calories?

Hey all, currently my MFP settings are based off my TDEE settings with "aggressive" weight loss. I set the calculator to sedentary/ couch potato since I'm not regular enough in my exercise to set it another way. I am college student and I work part time as a pharmacy technician at walgreens. When do work the shifts are generally 4 hours and during that time I'm on my feet the whole time with about 35-55 minutes of very brisk walking at the absolute minimum.

However, I'm not sure how to log this activity- obviously I'm not sedentary like I have my log set to so I'm not sure how to log the activity. Currently on days I work I am allowing myself an extra 75-100 calories, but I'm worried that's not the proper amount, suggestions?

Thanks

You don't. Logging the activity will just get super confusing and likely give you an overestimated burn. Set your profile to "lightly active" and then don't try to log work.

I figured not logging was the best option- the calorie burns are very overestimated for someone my age. I was just wondering if my 75-100 was accurate. I'm wary to set my options to likely active because sometimes I work 20 hours and other time I work 8 hours a week, and I don't want to be giving myself too many extra calories.
