Carb-loading Help/Choices

Hello Everyone,

I'll be tackling my 9th marathon on March 9th in LA and really want to carb-load correctly for this one. What are some foods you use to carb-load correctly? One of my guilty pleasure 'carb-loading' dinners is 2.5 cups of white rice with 0-cal buffalo sauce (extremely high in sodium) and 2 tbsp of light ranch. I know this isn't a healthy choice, but I always justify it in my head. I'm tired of making excuses and want healthier options; just don't know where to start.

Will start making some substitutions next week, so want to be able to plan accordingly. Thanks for the tips!
