I love this program, I am actually loosing weight, plus I changed my eating habits, added some exercise days. This is actually working, but I have a long way to go still.

How long did it take you to lose this weight, I have to lose about the same weight. Can you tell me what else did you do to make this weight come off. Kathy Thanks.
