Mfp says if i ate 1437 calories a day is what I need to maintain? I've been doing this whole changing my life for 2 years. I lost 65 but then gained 15 back after quitting smoking. I for some reason I can't get back to losing weight again. I exercise like a mad women and i mean all the time from Aerobics, elliptical, walking my dog, Pilates. this is everyday thing only taking sundays off but then end up doing some walking and Pilates . I was thinking about changing it up to get my daily exercise but not over do it just for my diabetes mainly. ( don't know if I can it seems I'm addicted to exercising lol ) I just need to stop putting food into my mouth! I'm about to start smoking again if this continues and I really don't want to smell like crap again and begin coughing up a lung once more. I'm 5'1 and 190lbs currently.. I don't feel that big hell that's what the scale says oh and my cloths that use to fit good a year ago are fighting me.. :(

I just want to lose the weight I gained from quitting smoking. Then worry about the next 50 lbs
What should my calorie intake be for before exercising really should i go with what mfp says? I don't take 2 metformin pills anymore only 1 a day and I was thinking this may be the reason why i'm gaining again also. but damn it why take a pill if you really don't need it and controlling it with exercise. I would exercise and end up in the low 40's with my BG and have to eat a carb or Carbs until it came back up again. pretty meaningless.

thanks
