I bought some chicken legs the other day. The serving size it 4 0z for 150 calories. It that with the bone and all or just the meat? I don't know how to count it. Thanks for helping.

If you really want to get confused look in the database under chicken drumstick! All chicken legs are NOT equal! What I did was put 2 on the scale. I ate the meat off the bones. I put the bones and skin back on the scale and figured the difference as the amount of darkmeat eatten. I got so confused with all the stuff in the database I just used a reference for turkey dark meat. Figured it would be close enough.

Are you thinking about eating the bones? (i dont think they are the best bit!) : D
  • A lot of food lables are confusing. I counted it without the bones and I let my dog finish the bone for me.
