I bought some chicken legs the other day. The serving size it 4 0z for 150 calories. It that with the bone and all or just the meat? I don't know how to count it. Thanks for helping.

I would think it would be just what you can eat...including the meat and skin...wooohooo0

If you really want to get confused look in the database under chicken drumstick! All chicken legs are NOT equal! What I did was put 2 on the scale. I ate the meat off the bones. I put the bones and skin back on the scale and figured the difference as the amount of darkmeat eatten. I got so confused with all the stuff in the database I just used a reference for turkey dark meat. Figured it would be close enough.0
