Blueberry muffins only 51 calories per muffin!

Will be making this tomorrow on my day off.

    I thought it looked good too until I read the ingredients. 1/2 cup of flour to make 12 muffins? No wonder they are 51 calories. They must be really tiny. I think I'd double everything. 102 calories for a muffin sounds like it would work.

    Doubtful it's regular size muffins with 1/2 cup flour!
