I'm 64 and married to an over the road truck driver with whom I travel 99% of the time. We've been married just short of a year and I've gained 16 pounds in that time! :noway: Even though we have a small refrigerator/freezer and microwave it's very difficult to find healthy foods that we can safely carry and stopping for fresh groceries is a challenge with an 80 foot tractor-trailer! I will be open to suggestions!

Wrap sandwiches
hummus and crackers or veggies
rice crackers
light microwave popcorn
soups
cereal
oatmeal
granola bars
yogurt and fruit
you could make quinoa salads , grilled chicken, and meals ahead of time or double big batches of chili, taco soup, etc when u r home to take with u also alot of places offer under 500 cal menus now so while challenging it can be done. I hope this helps0
