Hmmm...plugged numbers into Scooby. I used little exercise as my activity level. I run/walk twice a week for about 45 minutes but that is about it. I don't have a desk job but I don't have a strenuous job either. My plan was to eat back exercise calories. Anyway, my BMR is 1317, my TDEE is 1580 so my 20% cut calories are 1264. I'm fine with 1264 but I was under the assumption I needed at least 1317. Maybe my cut is too much?

Just go with the middle and do 1300 calories per day or 1275. 53 calories are not going to make much of a difference. These calculators are not an exact science they are just a ball park number. Your maintenance and cut calories changes slightly day to day based on a lot of different things so it's okay if you're off by a few numbers.0
