You create a caloric deficit to lose weight. You work out to focus on body re-composition.

lol I just logged sex yesterday!
P.S my husband has been going though lots of healthy issues, was a point I went almost 2 months without. So now he's getting his groovy back and we went for 40 minutes yesterday, so I freaking logged it!
Also I don't log it unless its at least 20+ minutes.0 -
