    I fear exercising and eating right, but never seeing any results. I'm too impatient, and though I have seen slight changes to my muscles, I think my mind likes to deny it.

    having a waking dream in sleep paralysis were demons are choking me, so I fight back and its my toddler son.

    This isn't even a joke. but I am trying to put handcuffs or restraints on my bed so I can't inadvertently swing my arms at night. Asking of DYI forums..There are apparently a lot of messed up people saying that I'm a perv for wanting to doing this.
