My current favorite is Swiss Ball crunch. Basically, you balance your back on a underinflated beach ball, plant your feet and do crunches.

Squats are my favourite weight exercise.
Walking is my favourite CV exercise. Or outdoor cycling but I only do this in summer.
Reverse (or sun) warrior is my favourite yoga exercise.
Overall I love yoga the most.

I must try this but I don't have a ball. I think there are some exercise balls at my gym.
