    Run. Maybe a 9 minute mile? With training maybe nudge it down towards 8? I would love to be able to move as quickly as the tape that plays over and over again in my head. I have cerebral palsy and the best I can muster is a slow limp-filled walk. But I'm not in a wheelchair and I'm very grateful for that.
