hey, im new here and this is my first time ever doing anything like this or posting anything. not my first time working out though. i've been in and out of workout routines. i have a hypothyroid disorder and for a while thats what was holding me back from really losing weight but i dont want that as an excuse anymore. my thyroid is in check and it should be good. so we just joined a gym (again). this gym is awesome! all i want to lose is 35 lbs. i know its not much but its a lot for me. im 165 right now and im 5'5. im excited to join this and im serious about losing this weight. i want to try and lost the 35 lbs in 7 months.
