hello

I am a newbie. I downloaded the app first. It is very good. I found myfitnesspal much more user friendly then the other apps/websites. My goal is to loose 10 to 15 pounds. My motivation is to be fit for my wife. I read a great tweet on Twitter. The best thing a man can do for his wife is to stay in shape. My wife is extremely healthy and workout 5 to 6 days a week. She told me that diet is 80% to losing weight. I find counting calories is far more frustrating then going to workout. I love working out. But I am very pleased to be part of myfitnesspal
