Calorie Counter

Hello,
I am new to the site and recently updated my exercise log - I was wondering how accurate the "calories burned" measurement is? I added in that I did strength training for 90 minutes and it says I only burnt 386 calories - I am not a specialist, BUT I am pretty sure that is way off! lol
Everything I do in the gym is super and tri-setted with minimal breaks in between - I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions as to how I could more accurately determine the amount of calories burned from working out?
Thanks for your time and help!
