protein shake at bedtime

Is it unhealthy to have a protein shake 2 hours prior to lying down?
My sleep schedule is off so I don't actually fall asleep for about 4-5 hours after my protein shake. I have this late at night after dinner and I find it keeps me away from the junk food and other stuff I was mindlessly eating at night.
I have 1 scoop of whey protein, 1/2 cup of chocolate soy milk, and 1 tbsp soy butter - just so I get my chocolate fix in as well.
I am full after this and just curious if it's too heavy to be having.
My goal is to lose weight and tone up. I have about 30 lbs to go .

Unhealthy, no. If you're not having any issues with sleep or digestion, then you're fine.
Does the shake still fit within your macros?0 -
The time of the shake matters not, the context of where it fits into the rest of your macros does. If you still had macros left to use and eating them right before bed was the only option - no problem - if you dont track your macros but have read that you should eat more protein etc etc but dont actually track what you eat - than its probably excess calories you dont need, especially if you are doing no weight training.0

Thanks for the helpful tips. They fit well into my macros- for the first time ever my week has been really good macro wise
I have a very sensitive stomach so I don't want to risk trying a new protein powder but I will keep it in mind though.
Thanks for the help0
