Hi, I'm 21. I'm 5'6 I got to my highest at 160 lbs. I let myself go completely then realized I needed to make a change because I wasn't happy. Got down to 125 lbs, which was amazing, all my clothes fit amazingly and I felt so good about myself but I started eating bad again and now I'm at 140 lbs. I'm looking to get to 135 or 130 or possibly back to 125. I lift and do cardio and abs 4 times a week :) Could use friends on here for support!
