Elbow pain when doing rear delt flys

I don't know why but my left elbow seems to start hurting when doing the rear delt fly my right elbow is fine.
The weight I do is light and not heavy when I squeeze at the Bach the elbow pain starts to kick in its a sharp pain.

Have you got your elbows slightly bent and pointing upwards? These are bent over lateral raises for rear delts, right?0

Then don't do them. It is not an exercise that needs to be done anyway, most likely that muscle gets hit at least in part by some of the other lifts you do.0

I find it when the elbows are slightly bent the pain begins i think next back workout i wll try them straight0 -
I would try doing it as a rowing motion, instead of a lateral raise. Similar to bent over dumbell rows for lats, but with elbows out at 90 degrees instead of close to the body.0
