Hello!
I'm Adrian and I'm 18 years old. I paid my first gym membership 6 years ago and it slowly became addictive. Currently I'm in a bodybuilding phase, though I will not refuse any kind of physical activity.
I started using MFP because I have been until recently through a bulking period and now I want to lose a few kilos. What better way to lose fat than by tracking your macros :P ?
I should also say that I had never succeeded tracking my macros but I hope this will change. Not because I didn't have results until now, but because this way is smarter.
