Just out of interest how many of you know your resting heart rate? I'd love to hear your numbers...
Previous weeks I was around 60 beats per minute, I am currently at around 52-54 beats per minute, what about you?

My uncle who runs regularly (on most days) has a resting rate of 42 only!

Yes I fluctuate between 36 and 42. Have you tried willing your heartrate to slow down against a second hand clock/watch? Its an interesting exercise.0
