Hi, I am interested in buying a heart rate monitor, for an accurate idea of the amount of calories I burn when working out - does anyone have any recommendations for a good but not too expensive one? I don't need masses of features, just basic but accurate! Thank you :-)

I have the pink Polar FT4
it cost me approx $100 and I honestly think it was worth every cent! It logs the duration of my workouts, with calories and min/max heart rate. Nothing too fancy, but all I want/need it to do. I plug in my weight into the watch in the morning when I get up (which takes 2 seconds) and its good to go!
Also, the chest strap only took me a total of 30 minutes to get used to, and now I forget its on.
Hope this helps!0 -
