Hi..Im a runner looking to add tone to his body. I run (obviously), play hockey once a week, and yoga when I can. Does this P90X program work? How often and how long do you need to do it and how long before you can see results? Thanks!

It works great for a whole body workout, it's more designed to increase your core strength, cardiovascular endurance, strength, flexibility, balance, and agility than to just make you look more toned. I started seeing some results within a couple weeks, but it's gone much slower since then. But I'm only at the end of month 1, I hear months 2 and 3 are when people start seeing the most results.0
