Hi..Im a runner looking to add tone to his body. I run (obviously), play hockey once a week, and yoga when I can. Does this P90X program work? How often and how long do you need to do it and how long before you can see results? Thanks!

    It works great for a whole body workout, it's more designed to increase your core strength, cardiovascular endurance, strength, flexibility, balance, and agility than to just make you look more toned. If that's all you want then I'd suggest lifting weights.

    I started seeing some results within a couple weeks, but it's gone much slower since then. But I'm only at the end of month 1, I hear months 2 and 3 are when people start seeing the most results.
