Does anyone have suggestions on anything, weights or time frame that i will see inches come off my arms?
Thanks!

Hi
Unfortunately, we can not spot reduce.
If you keep up with your nutrition plan, your arms will catch up.
You can help if you start lifting weights. Try to exercise all parts of your body, not only upper body
Good luck in your healthy journey0 -

this sums up everything I was going to say. Keep at it and definitely lift heavy things if you don't already0 -
True, there isn't a SPECIFIC way to lose fat from your arms but if you're losing weight, it'll eventually come off your arms, too.
Also, my last trainer said that if I do weight training for my arms, I gain muscle initially (so for a short while, they look a little bigger), but with time the muscle combined with steady diet/exercise eats away at the fat. So, if you can build muscle there, and you're doing the whole eat healthy/exercise thing, that's your best bet to slimmer arms.
There are loads of great arm workout videos on Youtube, or you can just use some free weights! Good luck!0 -
Genetics is the issue here and unfortunately you can't alter them. For some, arms lose last. Others, it's legs and butt.
